Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Waxspree (a brand owned and operated by Vardhman International India), we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received, inspected and approved by our quality team.

Refunds may be issued as:

Replacement product
Store credit (coupon code)
Monetary refund to the original payment method

Note: Refunds will appear on your statement under the registered business name Vardhman International India.

2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not already been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

3. Returns

Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to support@waxspree.com with supporting images/video.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items (such as custom-made, custom fragrance or on demand developed products) may not be eligible for return/refund. Such items will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
