Shipping Policy – WAXSPREE

At Waxspree (a brand owned and operated by Vardhman International India), we take pride in crafting and delivering your candles with care. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Order Processing

All candles are hand-poured to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or you can track the Order Processing under the My Account section on your waxspree.com account.
A tracking link will be shared with you as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days across India.
Shipping timelines may vary during public holidays, festivals, or high-demand seasons.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. In such cases, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹500/- (within India).
A flat shipping charge of ₹99/- applies to orders below ₹500/-.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

4. Additional Information

Currently, we ship only within India.
Orders cannot be redirected once shipped. Please ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order.
In case of delivery issues (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient), re-delivery charges may apply.
